Customer service was the best. The guy on reception ( mehboob) was very kind and polite. He helped us with smooth transition to our room and also gave us prompt services. I will highly recommend the facility to please take care of employees like this, who will go out of the way to just make the customer feel better.

The staff , especially the receptionist, she was very welcoming and accommodated me in a room as requested , and she changed my room. I think she (mehroz) could be an asset in a hotel as she remembered changing my room without giving a second call. Never had an amazing experience. , very good staff

The place is quiet, the hotel is very clean, the staff welcomes the guest, the manners and facilities are excellent, the internet is very fast, and the value for the service is above excellent. I recommend it for families and solo travelers.

I heard a lot of sounds, people talking near our door. Shower was slow. I ask for double bed.. They give 2 single beds.
